Sales & Business Development - Helsinki HQ

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven sales representative who is passionate about acquiring new customers and building long-term customer relationships. In this role, you will be responsible for achieving sales targets, analyzing the market, and developing and leading sales processes. This is a hybrid job where you can work partly remotely, and our office is located in Helsinki.

  • You are responsible for acquiring new customers as well as maintaining and developing customer relationships.

  • You lead sales negotiations and make offers ensuring that customers receive the best possible solution for their needs.

  • You develop and optimize sales strategies to achieve and exceed set sales targets.

  • You monitor market trends and competitors to keep us competitive and innovative.

  • You report sales results and customer feedback regularly to management and present development proposals.

  • You collaborate closely with marketing and product teams to provide tailored solutions for customers.

Pätevyys

  • You have at least 3 years of experience in sales and proven success in customer acquisition and meeting sales targets.

  • You are a strong negotiator and able to handle customers professionally and empathetically.

  • You have excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Finnish and English.

  • You are self-directed and possess strong organizational skills that help you manage multiple accounts simultaneously.

  • You have a good understanding of sales processes and can analyze and optimize them to improve efficiency.

  • Proficiency in digital sales tools (e.g., CRM systems) is a plus.
