We are looking for a motivated and results-driven sales representative who is passionate about acquiring new customers and building long-term customer relationships. In this role, you will be responsible for achieving sales targets, analyzing the market, and developing and leading sales processes. This is a hybrid job where you can work partly remotely, and our office is located in Helsinki.

You are responsible for acquiring new customers as well as maintaining and developing customer relationships.
You lead sales negotiations and make offers ensuring that customers receive the best possible solution for their needs.
You develop and optimize sales strategies to achieve and exceed set sales targets.
You monitor market trends and competitors to keep us competitive and innovative.
You report sales results and customer feedback regularly to management and present development proposals.
You collaborate closely with marketing and product teams to provide tailored solutions for customers.
Pätevyys
You have at least 3 years of experience in sales and proven success in customer acquisition and meeting sales targets.
You are a strong negotiator and able to handle customers professionally and empathetically.
You have excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Finnish and English.
You are self-directed and possess strong organizational skills that help you manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
You have a good understanding of sales processes and can analyze and optimize them to improve efficiency.
Proficiency in digital sales tools (e.g., CRM systems) is a plus.
