Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic customer service representative who is passionate about providing excellent service and solutions to our customers. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring customer satisfaction and providing quality communication and support through various channels.

This is a hybrid job, where you can work partially remotely, and our office is located in Helsinki.

How do you influence in this role?

  • You handle customer inquiries via email, phone, and chat in a professional and empathetic manner.

  • You effectively resolve customer issues and provide practical solutions while ensuring a positive customer experience.

  • You work closely with other departments, such as sales and production, and escalate technical issues to the appropriate parties when necessary.

  • You collect and report customer feedback so that we can improve our products and services.

  • You continuously develop your product knowledge to provide customers with accurate and up-to-date information.

  • You maintain a positive and customer-oriented attitude in every interaction to ensure customer loyalty and satisfaction.

Competence

  • You are used to working with different communication tools (email, chat, phone).

  • You are an excellent communicator and possess strong problem-solving skills.

  • You are patient, friendly, and able to handle even challenging situations professionally.

  • You are a quick learner of new systems and processes.

  • You have good organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

  • Fluent in Finnish and English (additional languages are a plus).

  • You have at least 2 years of experience in customer service roles or similar positions.
